Therapeutic Assessment Fees

Therapeutic assessments offer a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to understanding emotional wellbeing, relational dynamics, and developmental needs. These assessments can support children, caregivers, or whole families—particularly when there are concerns about behaviour, regulation, connection, or the impact of life events.

Rather than focusing solely on diagnosis, therapeutic assessments explore how a person or family is coping, what strengths are present, and what support might be most helpful moving forward.

Fees
Therapeutic assessments are billed hourly at $190 per 50-minute session. The overall cost depends on the nature of the concerns and the scope of the assessment, which may include:

• Caregiver or family interviews

• Individual or dyadic sessions with children and/or parents

• Observation, creative engagement, or play-based exploration

• Liaison with schools or services (with consent)

• A written summary or tailored recommendations
